Bonnie Michelle Sack, Esq.

Ms. Sack was born and raised in New Jersey. She is a member of the Florida Bar, and of the Southern District of Florida.

Ms. Sack is a graduate of Brandeis University and holds a Bachelor of Arts. While at Brandeis, Ms. Sack played Division 3 Varsity Soccer and was a member of Sigma Delta Tau.

Ms. Sack is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor degree in 2001.

Ms. Sack has extensive experience in Dependency and Family Law matters, having been Lead Counsel for the Florida Department of Children and Families, Children's Legal Services where she litigated issues involving termination of parental rights, dependency, shelter hearings, case plans, judicial reviews, visitation, and reunification in cases dealing with allegations of child abuse, abandonment and neglect. Ms. Sack has extensive experience working with court appointed Guardians ad Litem and Attorneys ad Litem, as well as Child Protection Team investigators and case managers. Ms. Sack has also litigated a wide variety of Family Law matters, and has represented clients with regard to appeals of both dependency matters and family law matters.

Ms. Sack also has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation matters, including professional liability, general commercial liability, premises liability, and first party commercial and residential property damage claims. She has expertise in creating and implementing litigation strategies, including pre-suit analysis. She has extensive experience in discovery matters, depositions, drafting of motions and pleadings, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, and trials.

Ms. Sack was awarded the EXCELLENCE IN LEGAL ADVOCACY AWARD in 2017 by the Florida Department of Children and Families, Children's Legal Services.
